Welcome, from our owner-administrator, Laurie Peters, a retired Bank Manager and certified early childhood administrator from the University of the West Indies. We are honored that you have chosen to entrust us with your childcare and can assure you that your children are in good hands. At Smiling Stars Daycare Center, we ensure your child meets their highest potential while having fun in a safe, comfortable environment.
Our Facility
Our daycare facility is designed with safety, comfort, and functionality in mind. ​

Security cameras are equipped around the center, along with a professionally monitored security alarm system.

Smoke detectors are located in the main area and kitchen.

Electronic gate; kept closed during daycare hours for added security.

Play and activity room used for activities, free play, circle time, and quiet time.

Large verandah for activities and free play, equipped with an adjustable electronic shutter to block direct heat, allow natural airflow, or provide protection from rain.

Spacious outdoor area and playground for outdoor time.

Fully air-conditioned designated sleep zone, where each child begins with an individual crib or toddler bed and later transitions to a personal cot when developmentally ready and sleeping less during the day.

Designated changing room for diaper and clothing changes, with shelves providing individual sections for each child’s daycare bag/items.

Two separate bathrooms: one toddler bathroom with a child-sized toilet to support toilet training, and one designated for infants.

Fully equipped kitchen. ​
